We know plans can change, and life happens, but last minute cancellations and No Shows affect our daily schedules. It does not allow enough time for our artists, who work on commission, to fill their time with others who may have been waiting to get in. Cancellation fees will be waived if your scheduled service time is rebooked by another guest. Please be aware of the following policy.
Cancellation 48 hours before scheduled service: NO CHARGE
Cancellation Day Before: 50% of Scheduled Service
Cancellation or No Show day of service: 100% of Scheduled Service Charge
Cancellation fees will be processed to your card on file.
Cancellations must be submitted during business hours. Any cancellations submitted while Tortoise & the Hair Salon is closed will be considered falling on the next business day, and fees will be charged accordingly.
Confirmations are a courtesy, but not an obligation on our part. If you have not received a confirmation it does not waive cancellation fees.
Your credit card number is stored in an encrypted third party account. We do not have access to the card number, but have the ability to charge for services submitted through our website.
