The artists here at Tortoise & the Hair, whole heartedly believe in a team environment where we are able to meet your needs, every time you need us. We encourage each other, so that we can succeed together, as a team. As you build a relationship with your artist of choice, don't be afraid to ask them for a referral to another artist here with similar techniques. We want to be able to deliver the results you expect in the event of vacations, illness, or other unforeseen events. Being there when you need us is what we strive for.

My passion for hair and running a business surfaced during my high school years. It was then that I decided that I had the drive and motivation to make it happen. Jobs I chose, were ones that would help me build a strong skill set that I could pass along to my team.
My dream is fulfilled only as a result of a strong team made of individuals. Artists that have their own strengths and weaknesses, their own lives and experiences. I embrace each one for who they are and the talents they have. Allowing people to be themselves and still compliment the salon as a whole has given me the incredible opportunity to grow many careers. Every day I have owned this salon has made my heart smile and I look forward to the next 30 years!
